I am writing this letter to apologize if Nova Solution's businesses were affected by anything I might have said or done. It just so happened that I worked there with some people and I am truly sorry if the company felt that its name was treated in any other way.
I hope that we can work past this disagreement and I hope that Nova Solution's businesses will improve with the help of this letter.
